SpayNeuterOhio is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization whose mission is to reduce the number of free-roaming stray animals and animals euthanized in shelters by providing low-cost spay/neuter access in Stark County, Harrison County, Jefferson County and eventually throughout Ohio via the RASCAL low-cost mobile surgical unit and other means.

ABOUT US~~
We are animal lovers — we are rescuers, transporters, we volunteer at shelters and with other organizations and we go to lots of fundraisers for animal groups. We each have families and pets (11 dogs and 10 cats among us, if I counted right!) and full-time jobs, so please understand if it is difficult to get us on the phone sometimes. Our goal is simple — no more animals destroyed, neglected, or abused. We support TNR, are anti-BSL and anti-tethering. Thank you for visiting our page and we hope we can help!
